GREEK GRILLED APPETIZER “BOUGIOURDI”
1 tray Bell pepper with cheese 200g
1 trayFeta cheese marinated 200g
2 fresh tomatoes
In clay bowl put a spoon of olive oil. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place half of themto the bottom. Season with salt if desired. Cut the stuffed peppers with cheese into pieces and place on top of the tomato. Add the pieces of feta cheese with spices from oil on the top of the bell peppers. Add the rest of fresh tomatoes. Add oregano and cover with foil. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
HOT FETA SPREAD WITH SUN DRIED TOMATOES “TIROKAFTERI”
1 tray feta cheese marinated 200g
10 sun-dried tomatoes
Put the tomatoes in water to absorb some of it for thirty minutes. Drain and put them in a blender along with the feta cheese and pepper. Add a spoon of yoghurt and mix again until you get a smooth texture.
